12-14 Mar.. Sorry if you missed it!!

Moon, I think I pulled pulled you for the bye run (I recognize the car), to bad there were an even number of cars that round.. You probably didn't know who I was..

I was the short fat guy pulling cars at the head of the lanes..LOL
Never know who you might run into at the races.. Cheesy

Good race no weather problems except for the wind on Friday also, a few problems with oil downs and other delays that took up some time.. Normally we run a little quicker program, overall it was a good race..

See ya at Pine Valley 16-18 April..

OK, that will give you enough time to get ready for Pine valley.."IF" you were to get off your butt and get the car ready..

Who knows you could get the bye run!!

Frank was giving me crap, Kip Guenzel, and Pennington got a bye. Frank said I must be stacking the deck.. Unfortunately for him I always show someone when I pull the card so there is no doubt it's straight up..

Pennington got a win and a runner up in S/R The Gulitti boys did well. Bob with a win and Chris a runner up in T/S. Chris's boy showed the old man how to get it done in the finals with a win in Jr Dragster Beginners.. Chris was a proud daddy!!

My first Pro Am race since moving back to Texas, most of the same gang are still out there so I really enjoyed myself seeing familliar faces and talking with friends..

Dave did you talk to Pitt in the Volare? Kid is a beast when it comes to footbraking. R/U and Win in his first ever stock elim race!

I may be at PVR after all, think I finally fixed my water leak tonight so we'll see how the next couple of weeks go.

Yep, that was me, I thought I was going to get the bye into the semis, but it was not to be, Had to run Philpot and he took me out. I know who you are, you have the Grey Ghost race car don't you? All you'all IHRA guys did a great job of running that race, It was a great week-end at the races.

Thanks Moon, Yep I have the Grey Ghost..Hopfully I'll get out this summer at some point..

Thanks for the compliment. Most of us race so we try hard to run it quick and make sure everyone has the safest and best track possible to run on..

If you ever ran at Sealy when the Brabhams had it, you will know how we are trying to run.. When you show up in the lanes be ready to run. If we are going to be down for a while I'll let ya know and you can relax. LOL, some of the guy's thought that was the time to rebuild the car I think.. I don't think anyone got to mad at me.

Max-man, Yeah Pitt won stock against Janie Braswell.. He killed her on the tree.. Good guy.. His aunt Debra Ridenour (sp) introduced us when he tech'd in.. He had two heads up races Sunday, and not only killed them on the tree but flat out, out ran them.. I was giving Ed Ridenour a hard time when Pitt won.. Ed and I have had a lot of fun over the years jabbing at each other over the Chevy/Mopar thing.. Debra had to make Ed get in the winners circle picture with them, and of course I was laughing pretty good about it.. Good fun.. Grin

Sounds like it was a great race.  Maybe I should try some 10.90 racing.
