new track operator Jimmy Farmer has announced that Desert Thunder in Midland will be AHRA sanctioned in 2010.Grand re-opening of Desert Thunder scheduled for first of March.for info on AHRA,go to www.ahradragracing.com

just returned from midland.work has begun on the track in preperation for the opening.will be heading back soon.gonna have some "hook" installed from starting line to finishing line.

We went last night.  The Hook was missing, but we had fun.  I'm sure the track will improve with time.  It is a nice facility.  We will be back.
